These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of hobbyhorse-shop.com, operated by Edgar Brust, 28 rue de Paris, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Purchases are also subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of this agreement. - Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By using the site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. - Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, transmit malicious code, scrape or copy its content for commercial purposes, resell our products without authorisation, or interfere with its normal operation. Our hobby horses are partly handmade, so slight variations between units are normal. We may change or discontinue any product at any time without notice. - Prices and availability
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change at any time. Offers are valid while stock lasts. We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by an obvious pricing error, a payment problem or suspected fraud, and to refund any amount already charged. - Intellectual property
All content on this site, including texts, product descriptions, photographs, logos and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our prior written consent. - User content
