Hobby horsing is a running sport, and the part most riders skip is the footwork. A 6-metre speed ladder drills the quick feet that make a tidy approach possible; the discs and cones mark out turns, a serpentine or the corners of a dressage arena at home.
The two hurdles stand 15 cm high. That is warm-up and pole-work height rather than competition height — useful for teaching a straight approach before the fence goes up, not for a 60 cm round. If you want real jump heights, pair this with a proper jump set.
Nothing to assemble. Hurdle colours are sent at random.

Very beautiful, suitable for a horse show with a martingale and bridle. I recommend decorating the headpiece with rhinestones, but it came without a stick!!! Of course, I have a stick from another horse, but it's not very convenient.

Hobby horsing

Hobby horsing started in Finland and now fills fields, gymnasiums and school yards across Europe. Riders name their horse, build a routine, learn a course by heart and jump it for real. This is where it begins.
Made to be ridden every day
The plush coat stays soft after months of use, the head keeps its shape thanks to a firm polyester filling, and the wooden stick is light enough for a child to carry, run with and jump with. Nothing rattles, nothing sags.
Bridle and reins come fitted, so the horse is ready the moment the box is open. No assembly beyond sliding the stick into place.
From the garden to the competition ring
Riders start with a few poles in the garden, then a club session, then a first show. At 74 cm the horse suits both a seven year old learning to trot and a teenager clearing 80 cm fences.
